“CUE will transform personal transportation by simply and efficiently integrating luxury design and instinctive technology with unparalleled levels of customized in-vehicle connectivity,” says Don Butler, Vice President, Cadillac Marketing.

MyDrive Solutions launched its first product to market, MyDrive Dynamic, which captures driver behavior data in the car with snapshots taken each second, stores that data in the Cloud, then allows insurers to assess driving ability and behavior.

Results are displayed through an online portal that can be accessed by the driver. MyDrive has spent the last 12 months building a robust insurance risk assessment capability, which will allow individuals to be rewarded with lower premiums for safe driving.

NAVIGON unveiled the first on-board navigation app for Windows Phone 7 smartphones. NAVIGON for Windows Phone 7 works in areas without a cell phone signal, so users can get directions and information anytime, anywhere.

Other navigation apps for Windows Phone 7 are dependent on a cell phone connection to download map and routing data. NAVIGON also launched a free traffic app for Windows Phone 7, traffic4all.

Telogis extended the power of its SaaS Location Intelligence Platform with the latest generation of its fleet management software, Telogis Fleet 9.

The software features new configurable reporting functions like Ad Hoc Reporting, which lets users define data elements and organize them in a logical way for their operation; Terminology Module, which lets users rename key terms to match internal nomenclature; and Layers, which enables organizations to easily locate locations in their company infrasture that do not appear on standard maps.

RACO Wireless announced that it will support M2M connectivity and SIM management for Geotab.

Geotab uses M2M connectivity to support the telematics fleet management products it offers customers, which not only enhance driver productivity and safety but also reduce operating costs for its customers by delivering insurance-related and other bottom line savings.

RACO Wireless has been the preferred M2M provider for T-Mobile for nearly 10 years.

VoltDelta and LSSiDATA teamed with MyAssist to provide Operator Assist and data services to Ford SYNC.

VoltDelta and LSSiDATA uniquely combine geo-located contact information and a virtual agent infrastructure, empowering Ford SYNC drivers with the ability to safely identify, locate and engage with businesses and residences across the United States.

MyAssist’s agent-enabled service provides ‘business search' and ‘directions’ functions, which make up approximately 70 percent of the calls to SYNC Services.

TomTom said it will integrate its GO LIVE 1000 and GO LIVE 1005 models with a specifically designed cradle for Ford models in Europe. The semi-integrated solution will provide automatic powering, remove the need for a suction mount, and hide all wires in the dashboard.

In addition, Ford customers will receive TomTom’s HD Traffic, which illuminates the fastest route to their destinations based on real time traffic information. The GO LIVE 1000 and GO LIVE 1005 models can be ordered at Ford dealers.

Amelti, a manufacturer of industrial engine and vehicle fuel and emissions monitoring and management systems, selected Telenor Connexion as the global supplier of embedded connectivity for Amelti's flagship SmartFeeder product line.

SmartFeeder is an aftermarket product designed to reduce and track fuel consumption, automate additive dispensing, minimize emissions and provide fleet management provisioning.

NAVTEQ made its real-time traffic service available for the first time in Russia on an
