America News: ThinAir Wireless to acquire MarketShare Consulting Group

ThinAir Wireless has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire MarketShare Consulting Group, which will allow ThinAir to offer a complete value-add marketing service in the B2B telematics industry, focusing its efforts on the fleet management sector.
