Airbiquity deploys 10 million telematics solutions
Airbiquity's aqLink technology enables secure reliable two-way data connections between vehicles and telematics service providers either over the cellular voice network via an embedded module or wirelessly through a Bluetooth hands-free system.
Airbiquity is also playing an active role in the European eCall initiative, with its in-band modem technology solution being considered as part of the standardisation.
The aqLink full-duplex modem enables a number of telematics applications, including SOS emergency service and automatic crash notification, stolen vehicle tracking and slowdown, concierge services, remote diagnostics, vehicle health reports and infotainment applications.
