World News: Mycom acquires Veritas Solutions and Secure Asset Reporting Services
Mycom Group has announced the execution of a reverse merger, whereby Veritas Solutions and its wholly owned subsidiary, Secure Asset Reporting Services (SARS), will merge with and into Mycom Acquisition Corp.
Mycom Acquisition will be the surviving company, continuing as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mycom Group.
Mycom, Veritas and SARS provide remote asset management and telematics solutions that deliver real-time business intelligence about fixed and mobile assets located anywhere in the world.
Mycom Group anticipates effecting name changes, wherein Mycom will be renamed SARS Inc and Mycom Acquisition will be renamed Secure Asset Reporting Services Inc.
