Video: Insurance telematics and the customer-centric approach

In this video from Insurance Telematics Europe 2013, Andrea Jurkic, head of marketing strategy, insurance development, Generali Group, talks to TU’s Jan Stojaspal about the importance of using insurance telematics to build a one-to-one relationship with the customer.

Generali Group launched its first insurance telematics product in 2006. Today, its solutions range from simple anti-theft devices to sophisticated pay-how-you-drive products. But they all have one thing in common. “The focal point is the customer,” Jurkic says. “The strength of insurance is that relationship between the insurer and the customer.”
