With Russia set to overtake Germany as the largest automotive market in Europe by 2014, Russia is set to become Europe’s next automotive powerhouse. Telematics Update Director, Gareth Ragg stated, “With this explosion of vehicle sales in Russia set against the back drop of the government led ERA-GLONASS legislation, the perfect storm has been created for the rise of telematics services in the region.”
