Hyundai’s AI Powered Level 5 Concept Stars at IAA

Hyundai will unveil it’s Level 5 autonomous concept shuttle aimed at future smart city transportation at next month’s IAA Mobility 2021.
The concept, developed by the automaker’s technology supplier, Hyundai Mobis, is dubbed the M.Vision X, claiming AI powered capabilities. The all-electric, box-like vehicle is a purpose-built 4-seater controlled autonomously using an integrated center cockpit that communicates with passengers purely with gesture recognition. It also reinterprets the vehicle’s interior including all of the vehicle’s windows able to beswitched into a display with various functions.
The automaker will also showcase components of the new all-electric Hyundai Ioniq 5. Thanks to the advanced electrification components, the vehicle claims to be the next evolutionary step in electromobility and achieves a range of up to 62 miles after just five minutes of charging and a range of almost 250 miles when fully charged.
