America News: Networkcar and GE Motor Club partner to deliver emergency roadside assistance

Networkcar® has teamed up with GE Motor Club to enhance its emergency roadside assistance services.

By integrating Networkcar's GPS location tracking and telematics technology into GE Motor Club call centres, service representatives can immediately locate vehicles and dispatch appropriate emergency services.

In partnership with GE Motor Club, Networkcar's Networkfleet™ service provides emergency roadside assistance, stolen vehicle tracking and recovery, towing, locksmith service, battery boost, fuel delivery, and other critical roadside services needed to get vehicles back on the road.

The call centre then contacts the customer within 15 minutes of the service technician's estimated time of arrival to verify that the problem has been resolved and the job has been completed.

Networkfleet also continually monitors a vehicle's location and engine diagnostics, and advises customers if a vehicle goes beyond pre-set limits (e.g. in terms of speed or location), or if there is an engine problem needing attention.
