3GSM News: Quantum and AvMap launch world’s first DVB-H pocket TV with sat nav
Multimedia device provider, Quantum, and Italian satellite navigation systems provider, AvMap, have introduced the QTM 1000 Nav ? the world’s first device to integrate portable TV and sat nav advanced technologies.
The two-in-one device also features digital maps and dynamic content from Tele Atlas.
The QTM 1000 Nav introduces the concept of Ubiquity TV: for the first time ever, Pay-TV has left home and gone fully mobile.
According to AvMap managing director Simone Lazzarini, the QTM 1000 Nav is the first in a new line of products that will be generated by the strategic partnership with Quantum.
