I have been in the Logistics industry for all my working life. I have worked on several different contracts for 3PL’s but have been with Iron Mountain for nearly nine years.
My remit covers all our transport operations(circa 60) across Western Europe and I also support our operations in central and Eastern Europe. We have telematics fitted in all our Western European fleet vehicles and have recently installed in our fleet in Hungary as a pilot for the rest of Central / Eastern Europe.

Henrik Willford Service Area Manager Fleet ServicesView Bio
Henrik is fleet service area manager at Volvo Group Telematics within the Volvo Group, where he is working with the development of telematics fleet services for the different brands within the Volvo Group.
Henrik graduated from the University of Göteborg in 1998 with a M.Sc. in Economics.
He has worked in various technical and product management positions within the software, automotive and logistical industries.
In 2011 he was given the responsibility for managing the Volvo Group multimodal mobility management solution www.CommuteGreener.com, for which he was speaker at number of Swedish and international mobility management conferences. Commute Greener is one of the first extensively gamified mobility management solutions and was listed by the Guardian as one of the top 10 green apps 2010 and received the Parivartan sustainability leadership award 2012.
Eric Huitema Global Manager, Smarter TransportationView Bio
Eric-Mark is responsible for Smarter Transportation Solutions in IBM Globally. He is also the chairman of the IBM Global Intelligent Transportation Solutions (ITS) board, member of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America Board (ITSA) and the ERTICO (ITS Europe) supervisory board.
As a manager and a specialist in Intelligent Transportation Solutions he has experience in helping cities, regions, governments and the private sector to manage all transportation modes safely and efficiently- on the ground, on water and in the air. This is achieved by implementing city command centres and traffic management centres, systems for asset management, multi-modal transport and road or congestion charging. Customers for road charging are for example; Stockholm, London, Gothenburg and Norway and IBM advises in most of the advanced Congestion Charging schemes in the world. For Transportation Management Centres customers are among others; NYTP and Caltrans in USA, Liaoning province and Nanjing in China and the City of Cologne, Dublin and TFL in Europe. Many automotive customers and OEM’s look for IBM to support their connected-car, fleet monitoring and connected drive services. Now IBM is actively supporting global Autonomous driving initiatives in USA, Japan and Europe.
Before, he was Partner in IBM’s Business Process Outsourcing division, where he led the sales organisation in Europe. Previously he led IBM’s Strategic Outsourcing practice in the Netherlands for several sectors.
He has experience in managing teams in Public sector, Travel and Transportation, Automotive, Insurance and the Banking. He brings with him strong technology and management skills, developed in local and global operating companies
Eric-Mark joined IBM in 2001 from internet provider Chello of Liberty Global, where he was co-Founder and Global Vice President. Before he worked at EDS International and started his career at Philips Electronics.
Eric-Mark studied technical chemistry at the Technical University of Delft and at INSEAD in Fontainebleau where he finalised his Master degree. He is fluent in Dutch, German and English.
Eric-mark is married and has 4 children, plays hockey and practices kite surfing.
He also is a member of the Lions Club Bollenstreek and the Private business club; Littéraire Sociëteit De Witte.
Jaco van Meijeren Senior Consultant Freight Transport & logisticsView Bio
Jaco van Meijeren is Senior Business Consultant at TNO. TNO is an independent research institute in the Netherlands with more than 3000 professionals creating innovations that boost the competitive strength of industry and the well-being of society in a sustainable way. Jaco is member of the Research Group Sustainable Transport and Logistics.
He is involved in projects about amongst others synchromodal transport, strategic policy analyses, smart data use for logistics, testing and implementation of concrete innovations in living labs with the industry and innovative vehicle concepts such as platooning.

Andrew Price Practice Leader Europe, Motor FleetView Bio
Andy is one of Europe’s leading specialists in work-related road risk management, and helps Zurich’s customers fully understand the risks they face, meet their health and safety obligations and sustainably reduce their collision rates across Europe and beyond.
Andy graduated from the University of Southampton in 1984 with a B.Sc. in chemistry. He has worked in various technical and marketing positions within Permabond, an ICI subsidiary, where he was given responsibility for managing the safety of the company’s European vehicle fleet in the early 1990’s. This ultimately led to Permabond being recognised as having one of the safest fleets in the UK. Andy’s work at Permabond was recognised in both 1999 and 2000 when he won the Fleet News Risk Management award.
Andy’s personal commitment to safe driving was commended in the late 1990’s when he was twice an individual finalist in The Times / Lease Plan Company Car Driver of the year competition, and was a member of the winning team when the competition was last held in 1998.The work-related road risk management philosophy and strategy that Andy has developed since joining Zurich was recognised in 2009 with a prestigious Prince Michael International Road Safety Award, with many of Zurich’s customers also winning fleet safety awards for their achievements.
Toby Poston Director of Communications and External RelationsView Bio
Toby Poston is Director of Communications and External Relations at the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association, having joined the organisation in 2008.
Toby oversees the association’s media relations, communications and research activities as well as fostering relationships with key industry stakeholders. He is responsible for developing the BVRLA’s policy and strategy on technology and innovation and is a member of the UK Automotive Council’s Intelligent Mobility working group. Toby also sits on the Department for Transport’s Road Haulage Forum and is a contributor to Transport for London’s Car Club Coalition.
Prior to joining the BVRLA, Toby was a business journalist for fifteen years, spending much of this time as a reporter and editor within the BBC Business and Economics Unit, working across TV, radio and online channels.
