    Greek by birth, Nikos Antimissaris studied Business Administration at Liege University in Belgium. His relationship with Spain began in the last year of his degree programme, between 1992 and 1993, which he spent at the University of Valladolid as an Erasmus student. He completed his formal training with an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. In addition to Greek, he is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

    His professional career started in 1994 in his country of origin when MAPFRE ASISTENCIA decided to open the Greek Business Unit, and Mr. Antimissaris was appointed as General Manager.

    In 2001 he was transferred to MAPFRE ASISTENCIA’S headquarters in Madrid as Regional Director for Europe and Middle East, and in 2004 he was appointed Deputy General Manager of the company. In 2006 he was promoted to Managing Director in MAPFRE ASISTENCIA and he maintained this title until December 2013.

    In January 2014 he was appointed CEO for Europe, Middle East and Africa Region, in MAPFRE.

    Lukas is Managing Director at Neckermann Strategic Advisors, a consultancy based in London with a focus on emerging new mobility trends and their strategic impact. He has 20 years of leadership experience in automotive, media, and financial services.

    He began his automotive career in BMW’s Central Marketing department in Munich. While there, he co-developed the first BMW.com website, helped launch the innovative Z8 sports car, and – as an internal consultant – recommended pricing, marketing communication, and positioning strategies for BMW’s various brands (at the time BMW, MINI, Rover, Land Rover, and MG).

    After attaining his MBA in New York, Lukas joined Allianz in 2002 as executive assistant to the Group’s CEO, Michael Diekmann, where he developed comprehensive strategy packets. He continued his Allianz career in various strategic and line leadership functions, last as Commercial Director and member of the Executive Board at Euler Hermes UK plc, the UK and Ireland’s leading credit-insurance company. He led the most significant innovation and strategic change program in 20 years of the company’s history.

    Lukas is author of the book, “The Mobility Revolution” (Matador Business Press 2015), Growth Advisor to NEXT Future Mobility (a start-up company focused on autonomous shared transport) and an Advisor to Vayon Group, a first-tier supplier for low-carbon transport. He was part of the core team that launched the original OScar project (the open-source car project), co-founded Monoventure srl (a real-estate investment company in Romania), MN Innovative Communication Inc in New York, and Neckermann Ltd in London. Lukas is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Adjunct Instructor at New York University, and has lectured and taught courses to executives from over 40 countries. He has spoken at countless conferences on marketing, business development, communication, leadership, and innovation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Technology Studies from Cornell University, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

    Paul is a long serving ‘Fellow’ of the Institute of Sales Management and a ‘Member’ of the Institute of Leadership & Management with a BA Hons in Business Science from Warwick University.

    Neil enjoyed a wide and varied career with West Midlands Police, where he became a specialist in a number of disciplines including roads policing, intelligence management, crime investigation and anti-corruption.

    At the end of his 30 years’ service he had risen through the ranks to become a Detective Inspector, with responsibility for a team of over sixty investigators.

    Neil is now the Director of Investigative Services for APU Ltd, a company within the Automotive & Insurance Solutions Group PLC.

    APU specialise in motor insurance fraud investigation & asset (vehicle) protection and saved AIS and their insurers over £300k during 2016 by successfully challenging fraudulent and exaggerated claims.

    Earlier this year APU provided expert telematics witness evidence at a criminal trial for the Metropolitan Police Service which helped convict a major ‘Crash for Cash’ gang and at a case in the Central Criminal Court where an innocent pedestrian was killed by a racing motorist.

    In 2016 APU were instrumental in a ground breaking International Law Enforcement Operation which saw the recovery of £1m worth of stolen UK cars from Uganda, Africa.

    In addition to his work for APU, Neil also makes regular motor insurance related appearances in the National media, and has been interviewed on BBC ‘Breakfast’, BBC 1 ‘Claimed and Shamed’, BBC 1’ Inside Out’ and several other TV and radio productions.

Gail teaches a course in Law for Knowledge Innovation and Practices at Columbia University and is a Fellow at the Center for Legal Innovation at Vermont Law School. Gail is the Director of the Connecticut Chapter of Women in eDiscovery. She is the co-chair of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s eDiscovery and ESI Committee and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the Executive Women's Forum.

    Gail was recently selected as one of the New York Business Journal’s 2016 Women of Influence, as one the Connecticut Technology Council’s 2016 Women of Innovation, and as one of the Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2016 Women Worth Watching. She is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Legal Aid Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of The Connecticut Appleseed Center for Law and Justice and a Fellow at the American Bar Foundation. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Murray C. Goldman, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County.     Emerson has been a partner in Weightmans’ Large Loss Team for the past twelve years, acting for the Motor Insurers’ Bureau and Co-operative Insurance, for whom he is the principal relationship manager for serious injury and technical/indemnity claims. Emerson’s case load principally comprises traumatic brain injury and spinal injury cases.

    Emerson is a member of Weightmans’ Motor Technology Group which advises the insurance industry on the legal and regulatory and practical implications of advancements in motor technology. Emerson has spoken widely on advanced driver assistance systems and sits on the ABI Autonomous Driving Liability Group.

    Outside work, Emerson has an interest in classic cars and skiing, previously having worked as a ski instructor.
